However, inventory, pricing, and vehicle details are subject to change without notice, may contain errors, and are not a guarantee of availability. All vehicle sales remain subject to a final, written sale agreement executed in person at the dealership and, where applicable, to OMVIC’s Motor Vehicle Dealers Act requirements. Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes, licensing, or fees unless stated otherwise.

Submitting a financing or pre-approval application through the Site does not guarantee approval, financing terms, or a specific interest rate. Final financing terms are determined by our lending partners based on a full credit assessment. Information you submit through the Get Pre-Approved form is shared with lending partners solely for that purpose — see our Privacy Policy for details.

By submitting a form on the Site (contact, trade-in, sell-my-car, tire quote, service scheduling, or financing), you consent to being contacted by Port Hope Cars & Trucks by phone, email, or text regarding your inquiry, and confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
